Opto-Electronic stabilization Platform has been developed rapidly in recent years, it has been widely applied in the military area and civil area such as public security, fire protection, surveillance and control of environment etc. It is a complex system composed of optics, mechanism, and electricity. Stabilization and track are the two main functions that its servo system must try to accomplish .Opto-Electronic stabilization Platform is part of UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle) electro-optical detection systems .The request of the control system have two aspects , one is high stablization precision and fast feekback speed ,another is less bulk and lower work consume .At first,the development background of opto-electronic stabilization platform and the stabilization control ways in common use have been summarized in this paper .In succession,the system project has been given base on the characteristic of DSP , and signal processing, signal feedback, motor driving, the three parts have been discussed.The stress of this paper is the hardware design, including the design of hareware function,the choice of hardware chip and the design of circuit.At last,the control arithmetic and the design of sofeware have been discussed,the main program flow chart and the subprogram flow chart have been given.
