| In recent years, the mobile communication industry in our country has been rapidly developed, and the 3G technique becomes universal. With the computing power of smart phones enhancing and mobile-net bandwidth increasing, the mobile video applications such as mobile television, mobile video game and mobile remote video monitoring system are developing rapidly.Porting and optimizing the advanced H.264 decoder in smart phone is the key technique in the realizing of mobile video application. This paper carries out the porting and optimizing method in algorism and code two ways.Firstly, the paper learns the theory of the H.264, analyses the decoder clearly, especially in loop filter, CAVLC, interpolation, inverse quantization and inverse DCT. Then, on the basis of the existing algorithms, and combining the characteristics of the mobile platform, this paper presents the optimization methods of the key functions in decoder. Next, the code optimization methods with the considering of time and space complexity are given. At last, this paper realizes the H.264 decoder porting in Symbian platform, lists the steps of the whole process and shows the result. |
