The rapid development of HLA application is exigent of an universal environment based on HLA, which needs the automation of the relevant tools。 The HLA is maturing in some areas, for example there are relevant tools in aspects such as RTI(Run-Time Infrastructure), OMDT(Object Model Development Tool) and FMT(Federation Management Tool). However, some important tools for example, the scenario editing and script generating tools have received an under-whelming level of attention. The reason is most likely that these tools are related too closely with every special simulation application, which prevents the popularization and application of these tools. The Script Generate System in HLA Environment is developed under this background. This paper is aimed for generating simulation scripts quickly and efficiently, and takes the function realization of the Script Generate System as its main thread. It mainly discusses the basic concept, formalization of the script and the realization of the Script generating technology in universal simulation environment. The paper advances the Script Generation Arithmetic used to transfer scenarios and generate script entities automatically, and the Script Validation Arithmetic used to validate the scripts automatically. Both of the two methods are the key areas of the system. By using them, one can transfer the scenario and generate the script which can drive the federation quickly and efficiently.KD-SGS2.0 is designed for several modules, and we also have realized other functions like access to the Scenario Database, State Display. KD-SGS2.0 has been proved having well organized structure, comprehensive functions, steadily reliable performance and realizing the goal on the whole in some projects.
