Research And Realization Of Perforating Depth Computing Plotting System Based On Logging Curve Digital

The application of perforating technique to well completion is widely used in exploitation of oilfields in the world. Perforating Depth Computing is of vital importance, because it determines the accuracy and veracity of perforation. Perforating depth comes from the twice loggings of logging comprehensive explanation achievement drawing and pre-magnetic drawing, casing collar depth is derived from pre-magnetic drawing, while perforating depth requisition roots in logging comprehensive explanation achievement drawing. Whereas, mixed factors of logging cable's extending or shrinking, machine, people and environment may cause some error between the twice logging depths, thus we should do the correction work of perforating depth computing to get rid of it.At present, in overwhelming national oilfields, the total perforating depth computing processes, such as plotting drawing, correction depth are accomplished by manpower, which are at a low level of modernization, in particular, correction work by man will not only threaten human health, but also increase the probability of error, result in low precision of construction, even worse may lead to failure of exploitation of the thin oil layer and hence influence severely the production and development of oilfield.Based on the upper reasons, I commence my research, main content follows:First: A method of making logging curve vector on the half-logarithm coordinate is put forward and carried out combined with the analysis, research, and comparison to the logging curve and reference to the all kinds of logging comprehensive explanation achievement drawing which is based on the method of logging curve (SPCTR arithmetic). And I fill in some logging curve database work in it united with available inversion system, and also realize the Dxf format vector data that the CAD software can recognize.Second: The method of casing collar gray threshold double selection is put forward and carried based on the OTSU arithmetic combined with the analysis of many pre-magnetic pictures and the research of image pretreatment correlative theory and arithmetic. And some work is done to extend the"redo"and"undo"functions of pen, rubber, which carries my point of saving memory and resource and providing facility.Third: The Plotting System of Perforating Depth Computing is developed based on the technologies available and innovation in order to improve the perforating accuracy and get rid of the manpower of perforating depth computing work.
