Coke has been widely used in the national product of metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, and is the basic material for the economic development. Therefore, it is very important to continuously improve the level of coke production and promote the advanced control technology for system application. How to combine the new simulation technologies to explore the intelligent integrated optimizing control and the simulation platform has become an important research subject.Based on the characteristics of the technology of coking production process and the design requirements of the system, the author of this thesis developed a kind of imitation and simulation system for coking production process. A case-based reasoning based on historical data of the coking process simulation model is proposed, which, realizes the simulation platform aimed to the intelligent integrated optimizing control for the whole coking process.The present thesis consists of four parts. Firstly, this thesis analyzed the technology of the coking process simulation and examined the system requirements in detail from the perspective of simulation objects and system design requirements. Based on the above analysis and examination, a hardware and software structure was proposed, and the role and function of the system in the experimental platform was fully illustrated.Secondly, multi-channel data is real-time collateral generated through employing the Observer software design model and multi-linear technology. The conversion of industrial analog signals from imitation and simulation system is realized by the AD/DA cards, and OLE for Process Control technology was used for delivery of the flue temperature soft-sensing. On the processing of the data, the local database was established to realize case data management and storage.Then, the thesis built an intelligent simulation model of the process of coking by integrating the historical data and case-based reasoning technology (CBR), built a case base used Framework and attribute representation, the Nearest-Neighbor Approach and Knowledge-Based Indexing Approach are applied to realized Case Matching, the author of this thesis explored the possible strategies for imitating and simulating the properties of the coking process.Finally, a imitation and simulation system is developed based on Visual Studio 2005 platform, the function of which are designed in the form of intelligent simulation model, real-time data displaying, communication Interfaces and parameter setting, etc. It also provided the methods of the system operation on the simulation platform and analyzed the relevant results.The results of the system operation reveal that this imitation and simulation system can not only effectively support the operation of the intelligently integrated optimizing control system, but also imitate the coking process to some extent, thus providing an experimental platform for the intelligently integrated optimizing control of the whole process of coking.
