Wcdma Mobile Communication Radio Resource Management In Key Technology Research

With the rapid development of mobile communication technique, customers' demand onhigh capacity system is increasing. At the same time, it is a certain trend of the futuremobile communication systems to provide customers with various services. RadioResource Management (RRM) has already been one of the key issues in Code DivisionMultiple Access (CDMA)-based 3rd Generation (3G) Mobile Telecommunication Systems[1]. Couple with 3G commercial days just around the corner, we have begun carrying aninvestigation in key issues in Beyond 3G or 4G Mobile Telecommunication Systems, andradio resource management being one of them, which is the key of influencing systemperformance and assuring customers' Quality of Service (QoS).
