Lsi Production To Open The Short Circuit Test Sorting Equipment

In this study, it mainly narrates automatic sorting equipment design and actualization process of open/short test on the production of large-scale integrated circuits, then study the realization form of test function by the automatic sorting equipment. In this study, the sorting equipment (test handler) can place test products automatically and accurately, auto-complete loader and unloader operation, automatic testing, automatic recording, automatic sorting functions and so on.In this study of test sorting handler, there are the following four characteristics:1. The Core part of this equipment was the use of pick and place motion mode. The test head is fixed, in order to reduce the maximum failure rate and facilitate the conversion of different types of testing components, and it can be generally applied to a variety of components and products, application a very wide scope;2. This study was to automatically edit number of IC devices to achieve tracking test results, and separately dealt with test product, good material, failed material. This mode reduces the testing mistake of human errors, avoids the misuse of measuring and mixing or leakage from happening, and easy to handle on the defective goods together and improve the efficiency of the human work;3. This study was designed with reasonable and logical human-machine interface, with the aid of diagrams, the operator can be showed intuitively and get the information they need soon, this will facilitate to arrange the timely production and post-treatment of a variety maintenance for engineers;4. The outstanding design of overall structure in this study, modularize operation mode and simplify the realization of modular forms to ensure that work equipment safety, stability and reliability, improve the accuracy of test equipment and achieve efficient electrical test, thereby greatly improve the production yield, and ultimately reduce the production costs.
