Charge-coupled device (CCD) which based on the development of MOS integrated circuit technology is a major breakthrough in semiconductor technology. Because of its photoelectric conversion, information storage and delay functions, and high integrated, low-power,so in the field of solid image sensor, information storage and processing has been widely used.In this paper, starting from the principle of CCD imaging,we design a set of data acquisition system of angle precise measurement. In this system,we use the high-precision linear array CCD-TCD1501D as a photosensitive device, which producted by TOSHIBA, combin with digital signal processing technology, achieve a sub-pixel positioning survey. In this paper, we use filed programmable gate array(FPGA) to control the timing of the acquisition system, including the linear array CCD driver, AD settings for internal memory, serial communication program and so on, shorten the design cycle, improve design flexibility, make the circuit with the further development of space. We use the AD9824 as analog-to-digital converter chip, simplifying the pre-processing circuit, reducing the noise interference on the acquisition system to improve the accuracy of the data. Finally through sub-pixel location algorithm, we have further enhanced the accuracy of the measurement system.CCD driving circuit experiments, we have a stable and reliable signal of the CCD, indicating that the drive circuit and the CCD with a very good. Read and write registers on the AD9824, we determine the normal and reliable operation. Finally, the realization of the serial procedure, indicate that the entire acquisition system can work properly.Through theoretical analysis, circuit design and the specific experiment, the entire acquisition system is practicable. As opposed to the traditional measurement, this system has high accuracy, non-destructive measurement of characteristics such as the use of the prospects are very good.
