Design And Implementation, Based On The Remote Control System Of The Laboratory

This paper mainly describes the design and realization of the PLC remote laboratory system construction, which is based on the laboratory construction project "industrial control system comprehensive training platform". Under consideration of the the situation about Chinese college lab and the demand of our country for the people with automation technology, according to the requirement and aim of lab teaching and scientific research, the author designs the simulated control object remote control system and inverter remote control system.Firstly, thesis coordinates the PLC remote control system, analyzes the software and hardware structure of the system, and the remote laboratory solutions based on WinCC Web Nvigator, summaries the process of remote experiement release based on WinCC Web Nvigator. By the analization to the simulation and inverter technology, and under the software and hardware resource of the PLC remote laboratory, thesis put forward the control system design plan, which is based on the remote laboratory, including the general design, hardware design and software design of the simulated control object remote control system and inverter remote control system. According to "Engineering, Standardization, Normalization", compelete the partial design of the control system. Then, realize the remote experiement by the PLC remote experiement system, attest the design of the control system based on remote laboratory successfully. At last, thesis studies the application of inverter VC technology and PC-based controller, WinAC.The realization of simulated control object remote control system and inverter remote control system extend the software and hardware constructrue of the remote laboratory, and improve the practicality and advancement of the PLC remote laboratory, have important realistic significance on lab construction.
