Compared to other kinds of news reports news cartoon wins the favor of large audiences by its unique characteristics, such as the nature of news, the nature of council, and the nature of artistry. The purpose of this thesis is that through the analysis of the connotation, features, functions of news cartoon to help journalists better understand and use this unique charming form of news reports.
