General Arrangement Of Intelligent Design Based On Knowledge Of The Bus Body,

This dissertation researches on layout design of passenger car body by modern method of knowledge-based intelligent design, which is supported by Research and Application of Auto and Parts Digital Design and Manufacturing Technology, a project (07-D-017) from Jiangsu provincial Six Talent Peaks and a innovation fund project (07C26143201357) from national science and technology department, as the background of that Yangzhou is one of Auto and Parts Industry Base. It will effectively improve the development capability of the auto body, which decides the vehicle production capability and replacement, shorten the product development cycle, improve the design quality, reduce the design cost, make products serialization furthest, in order to increase production efficiency and competitiveness.Starting with a modern method of body design, bring forward the method of knowledge-based intelligent, dissert on its theory and where the shoe pinches: knowledge acquisition,knowledge representation and the use of knowledge; expatiate the main technical means for achieving it: three-dimensional parametric modeling technology,knowledge-based reasoning technology,database access Technology,object-oriented Technology,collaborative development technology; briefly introduce some common software, and Knowledge Engineering module in CATIA V5 and the basic method of secondary development; analyze the pivotal parameters,pivotal characteristic,pivotal relationship of characteristic,pivotal relationship and restriction of dimension, and express them in form of parameters,formulas,rules,inspection,design table, etc; integrating with ideologies of knowledge representation and use of knowledge, establish the knowledge system of layout of passenger car body: parameters storeroom of the overall size of the passenger car,design knowledge storeroom,examples storeroom,and other relevant databases; analyze the collectivity structure and basic process of knowledge-based intelligent design, and develop the knowledge-based intelligent system with CATIA V5,Visual Basic and Access softwares, also carry out the design using some type of passenger car; finally, sum up this paper and prospect for the further work.The knowledge-based intelligent design system of passenger car can not only fleetly identify the body layout to realize new products'exploitation,shorten the product development cycle and reduce the design cost, but also liberate the engineers from various and repeating work so that they have more time to innovate, at the same time, pick-up all kinds of involved knowledge about body layout, especially the individual experience of engineers, in favor of piling up and succeed the corporation knowledge.
