The calculation of Air-conditioning load is both important and difficult in the process of air-conditioner designing.Recently,with the widely use of computer technology,people developed many air-conditioning load calculating software applications that greatly simplify the calculation and also improve the accuracy.This makes the design of air-conditioner more sensible,and accelerated the development of energy-saving architecture.However,these windows based systems are all somewhat hysteretic and a little too complicated to operate.The 21st is a century of Internet.Network can give us the latest information and more convenient operation.So it is important to integrate HVAC industry with the network.This new Web2.0-based air-conditioning load calculation software system realizes the mentioned combination.The whole system makes use of the silverlight2.0 technology,a branch of Rich Internet Applications (RIA).This system makes air-conditioning load calculation more convenient.Without download and install a lot of software,users can finish the calculation online.The whole system is divided into three levels----display layer, business layer and data layer,which is namely'Three-Tier Architecture'.'Three-Tier Architecture' has such advantages as clear code,clear Modules, Loosely coupled modules and convenient to improve and maintain We use MVC pattern between display layer and business layer;use ORM tools to map between data layer and object layer;visit the client database resources through REST;use XAML language to design the control layer.These All improve the performance of the interface.Another highlight of the system is that when inputting parameters of the building,we consider the overall direction of the building,as well as the relative position of the object and entire building,so you can automatically get access to the information of interior and exterior walls of the room,which greatly reduces user's input work,thus improves the air conditioning load calculation system.
