To build the backup and recovery system industry becomes severe reality for financial to face. Data backup and recovery for disaster is not only important to the safety of financial industry but also a major foundation to keep the business continuity. More and more financial enterprises now realize how import is on keep business continuity due to the development trend. High reliable information system is quite important to financial enterprises. To deal with the risk of data concentration of financial industry, the only way is to be more aware of the importance of disaster recovery and build complete disaster contingency measure to financial enterprises.This thesis has done analysis and research on the necessaries and importance of data backup and recovery in financial industry, and a further analysis on some issues of the data backup and recovery for information business system, take the date, system of information system and the backup and recovery technique as the main objects, and then put forward the necessity and importance of keeping business continuity besides data backup and recovery for disasters. This thesis also introduces the IT Infrastructure Project of Fullerton Credit Services (FCS, FFH), and the date backup and recovery center instruction is the big part of the IT Infra Project which could deal well with the stability, safety, contingency of the date in FCS. Base on FCS project, accordingly designs the backup patterns, backup strategy and backup recovery plan and off shore backup plan and so on. The most important thing is to keep the business contingency which could help the enterprise to improve the service quality and make sure the major business run well. This also could help with the competitive of the enterprise.
