Flight Organization And Management Systems, Route Simulation, Design And Realization

The aviation industry has been developing rapidly,with China's rapid economic growth,the quantity and the density of aircraft increase unceasingly,the air traffic is getting more and more busy.The safety of air traffic is very prominent,the adverse circumstances which flights taking off or landing delays because of the air traffic control,has appeared frequently,and aircraft in the air close to the dangerous events has occurred many times,has seriously hampered the development of China's air transport industry.The flying contradiction most prominent area of china is the Xi'an area where Chinese flight test establishment is locates at.Although the flight organizations management has been a mature application in abroad,but we can not copy the success stories abroad for the different between Organization of the flight plan,the implementation of flight operations.How the actual situation of internally,without prejudice to the existing establishment,structure and processes,structures flight management system to enhance the organization's decision-making flight level and efficiency to enhance flight safety,quality training and support capabilities,is the major problems in the flight Organization management system design and development.In this paper,the research for the flight organization management system design and development,is expected to create a platform for the flight organization management in order to ensure flight safety,the use of resources,improve the flight organization management efficiency and quality.Also in the practical application of flight personnel and experts can,through pre-flight simulation,found the conflict between different flight plan,to the elimination of pre-deployment of security risks,to determine the safety and efficient optimization program.
