Oriented National Multimedia Network Teaching Management System

Multi-media network teaching management system,it is referred to the computer system, which is used by the computer network techniques, multimedia techniques, the communication techniques, the data storage techniques, and the fast data processing technology to be dealt with the omni- bearing management in school. By using this system, the information management can be run automatically,and it is possible for paperless office automations available. It is very important role of this system in enhancing the working efficiency and reducing the cost of the school as well. With the application of scientific research and modern information technology in education, original manual management pattern can not be met the needs of teaching management now; therefore the teaching information management should be oriented network-management.This article is mainly introduced how to use the calculating database technology and the distributed computing technology to design, implement, and it is applied this Multimedia Network Teaching Management System by Kangding Teachers'college. It is required that the distributional information management system be assessed by the design of the system function, and it is based on the client/server (Client/Server) of the distributional architecture system realizing in full the supervision and management of the teaching process. It is helped to provide reasonable platform improving our management and working efficiency, and it is possible to be run office work more efficiently and automatically. It is used windows 2,000 server, Microsoft SQL Server 2,000 as the database, Windows2000 /xp platform as client, Delphi 7.0 and C#(C sharp) as the development tool, and the midas/com+ technology to be realized the communication of 3-layer structures. It is made the implementation of dynamic reports forms via Excel available and much easier by the use of OLE technology .This article is also introduced multi-media classroom management, design, implement.Now, some sub-management systems of this multi-media network teaching management system has been running by Kangding Teachers'college, such as multi-media classroom management, office automation management, course selecting system based on record system, and tuition charging system. It is improved the ability of our management by the executing of this computer system.
