Many of them haven't WebGIS-based travel information service platform,which makes visitors not get the travel advisory services quickly through the Internet. Therefore the WebGIS-based Zibo City tourism information system is extremely important significance and practical market.In the construction of the system, that is the main work I have done:Firstly, analyze objective conditions of tourism resources in Zibo City, discussed Tourism Information System of tourism environment in Zibo City, the data organization and management methods of the tourism and design a database of TIS in Zibo City. Secondly, according to the objective conditions about the tourism resources, the article study and explore for the key technology in the system in detail. In addition to detailed tells the technologies related WebGIS, ASP technology, multimedia technology, this system also analyses how to use the guidelines structure in Delphi language and solves how to choose travel routes for driving the cars by themselves, that is lack for Zibo's existing network resources. The bus transfer programs provided by the system and complement the lack of the exiting information resources. The characteristics of the system is how to achieve to help visitors identify travel routes and bus transfer program for experts.Finally, with the specific circumstances of Zibo City, the paper designed a tourism information system that could not only give service to tourist, but also provided information and technology support for tourism management. Such as providing enquiries, analyzing functions for tourism, optimization of tourist routes and traffic information and so on.
