The digital audio amplifier technology is a high efficiency amplifier technology development in recent years and people pay attention to it's high power efficiency. It uses a completely new proprietary method of which MOSFEETs work on swithing condition-so called Class D amplifier. Comparing with conventional analog amplifier it have the characteristic of small volume, light weight, high efficiency and steady reliability. It will widely develop in the future, not only apply to the inner amplifier of DVD, automotive amplifier, table Hi-Fi , computer multimedia , professional high power amplifier and lots of multi-channel AV amplifier but also can use to in army such as radio communications, sonar system and so on.In theory digital audio amplifier efficiency is 100% but in practice the components don't work on ideal condition. It will effect the final efficiency the design of that pwm modulator, swithing power amplifier, lower pass filter. At present the efficiency of the foreign famous digital amplifier manufacturer inverstigative is about 85%. Internal graduate school and manufactory will design and reseach just now. At the range of big power above 300W manufacturer became less and less . It's more above analog amplifier which class A is about 10% and class AB is from 20% to 40%. As the development of population and modern industry, people in need of energy sources become more and more. We should economize energy every way and improve energy use efficiency. So it is important that farther improve the efficiency of digital amplifier. And the target of technology such as THD+N%, S/N, frequence response need improve.This article give a optimize design of high digital amplifier.The technology of NBDD is adopted to pwm design, which not only minish distortion, reduce LPF' order, improve S/N. The technology of Dead Time apply to CLASS D that reduce the shot-through loss and drain-source capacitor Cds loss. Nagtive feed back reduce the linearization distortion. Using the project design a high digital amplifier, which can output power 2000W, THD+N under 0.05%, S/N above 110dB, efficiency high than 93%, nearly the world professional manufacturer. As well we can make the power more strong and the volume more small and make digital amplifier have more preponderance than analog amplifier...
