Softswitch Network Problems And Solutions Of The T-board

Mobilecommunications and broadband technology to the entire telecommunications industry has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges. All telecom operators are thinking about such issues: How to reduce investment in network, How to reduce the cost of operation and maintenance, How to develop a variety of business applications, and to create sustainable profitable business model. In this context, softswitch has been produced.Since 2000 softswitch technology has been tested rigoureusement and then put into use. Today, it gets its own mature business model and is available for putting into large-scale commercial in many areas, such as standards, products, end-to-end solutions and operating experience,etc.Softswitch system inherits PSTN business model reasonablely and effectively.Basic on Unicom network, there are three stages:The first stage (softswitch device is used as TMSC).Network will all in IP in 2007.MSC connected with softswitch by TDM.The second stage (softswitch device is used as CMN as well. So it is equal to TMSC+CMN):The aim of sofswich in second stage is to implement IP voice via end-to which is expected to execute in 2008.The third stage (softswitch device is used as CMN only):Net-wild IP-based voice is expected to be carried out at the third stage.Basing on above description, Network architecture is still the continuation of traditional TDM networks. In this paper, I analyze problems existing in current network basing on Unicom long-distance network and offer a new method to build the network to achieve the goal, meanwhile demonstration every single detail of the method. In addition, I used MSC POOL in softswitch network to make network more complete. In this paper, I found problems of long distance network and come up with solutions.
