The Combination Of The Lonworks And Ethernet Home Network

Along with the expansion of internet and appliance computer, the information appliance has appeared and the home network is getting more attention. The home network includes home control network and multimedia information network. It removes the information solitary island, share the source and implement the cooperation of information appliance. However,it would take long time to achieve this objective because the standard of home network has not been unified and many issue still need to resolve.This paper firstly introduce the framework, standard and conception of home network,after that,it particular introduces the conception of LonWorks field bus; and point out a home network project base on LonWorks and IP network. The daughter gateway is important in this paper. It implement the communication between the component of CN and IP, CN/IP and CN; and integrate the service of component in home network. Describe the service port mapping and component login to implement the function of PNP by power line carrier wave communication.
