Based On Financial Assist Management Of The Petrochemical Enterprises In Erp System

From the view of the use of computer technology in enterprise management, and according to the characteristics of Enterprise Resource Management System (ERP) and Enterprise Financial Management (EFM), this article base on the enterprise's practices and build a Financial Management Support System in the Petrochemical Enterprise.The establishment and improvement of the financial management in petrochemical enterprise ERP system achieves the financial information system and other modules'business integration and information integration. The formation of business modules, such as cost, expenditure, income and other information can be automatically integrated into FI/CO modules, timely and effectively reflecting the enterprise operating performance, management performance and integrated information management, which greatly enhances the efficiency of every department work. In the balance of investment and revenue, the financial management support system according to the existing work and systems has established and improved the work of public information releases, tax calculation, network bill printing and internal budget management so on.This paper briefly introduces the information construction of petrochemical industry and the characteristics of ERP System and Accounting Software, and then gives the importance of the Financial Management Support System. This paper emphatically analyzes the design principle, development process and realization of this System, and summarizes the issue of the development process and future prospects at last.
