Microwave semiconductor devices and microwave integrated circuits, rapidly expand from the application areas of radar navigation and electronic countermeasures to many other commercial areas, such as the microwave relay communications satellite communication, mobile communication, cordless phones, direct broadcast satellite television, wireless cable television, safety precautions, etc. Developments in the field of these applications, the ascendant and the prospects are bright. Application of the expansion of market demand growth, effectively promoted the microwave semiconductor devices and microwave integrated circuits varieties, enhance the development and performance. The production of Microwave semiconductor devices and microwave integrated circuit develops quickly from the many varieties, small quantities of small-scale way to intensive, large-scale way.In this paper, the author designs a miniaturized X-band microwave transceiver system. The system adopts the principle of Doppler Radar System, launches a low-power microwave signal and accepts the energy from reflective objects. Once the object detected by their exercise, the signal replaced by an alternative signal is reflected back to the system and the two signals mix, resulting in a low-frequency voltage output from the system. The system includes DRO, power divider network, mixer, and antenna.First, the author analyzes the basic principles of oscillators, introduces two basic models of oscillator, and discusses the linear oscillator phase noise model, and also introduces the working principle of the basic structure of some common dielectric resonator oscillator frequency stabilization, and then discusses in detail the subject of a DRO in the design, simulation and hardware implementation, separately and then introduces a power divider, single-balanced mixer, antenna design, simulation and hardware implementation, the final cascade system debugging, and puts forward the inadequacy of proposed improvement measures.
