In this paper,on the basis of the acousto-optic deflected fundamental principles, make a systematic study for the law of bragg diffraction acoustooptic interaction, describes TeO2crystals's characters. To design an adjustable one-dimensional acousto-optic deflection system.By change two different ultrasonic RF signals to achieve the purpose of acousto-optic deflection.The level of the diffraction efficiency is an important factor to acousto-optic deflector which is decide whether the design's feasibility or not. In this paper, I have analysis the normal bragg diffraction efficiency and the abnormal bragg diffraction efficiency. made an accurate measurement method, educed the formula for the calculation of diffraction efficiency in the design, analyze and discusse the experimental results by theoretics.The results shown that application of the acousto-optic deflection theory, we get the acousto-optic deflection angle and the diffraction efficiency are basically consistent with the actual situation.Such this design of acousto-optic deflector is according to switch different frequencies to achieve the purpose of expanded field of view angle and the detection range in the pure stare state,and suffice the expansion of field of view needs of the radar warning and laser detection explore areas.
