Pcb Optical Inspection Hole Machine-ray Machine Design

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) plays an important role in modern electronic equipment and electronic products. It is an information carrier that integrates all kinds of electronic components and is widely applied to many fields. Along with the constant development of technology and continuous progress of industry, electronic products tend to become lighter, thinner, shorter and smaller. This makes PCB manufacture technology developing towards high-density. The PCB quality affects the capability of products directly. At present PCB quality test works are mostly completed by manual eyeballing. As the subjective factors'effects, missing and mistaken in test often happen. So it is urgent needed to take online automatic optical test into the PCB industry.In this dissertation, the exploration background of Hole inspection system, the domestic and the overseas state of current study of the system are introduced firstly. The detecting basis, main functions, and the entire architecture of Hole inspection system are analyzed secondly. Then, after the exploration of the associated key-tech, the whole design of the system and the experiment and study of optoelectronic machine of PCB are expatiated.In this dissertation, high accuracy of hole inspection has been obtained by using right choiced high resolution optical sensor and appropriate image processing technology, and experimental results show that the system works stably and reliably.Based on the results of machine test and feedback of customer, this system has already achieved the high level,Compared with congener machine made by some well-known Overseas company, this system even reaches the advanced standard in some respects. There are not similar products related report at home.
