Temperature control in industrial automation control occupies a very important position.In this paper,both inside and outside the temperature control system of the status quo,On the basis of an analysis of the control functions of these systems needs and characteristics,and give a concrete design technology indicators.We know that the temperature from low to high,going through three different polymer mechanics status:glass, high-elastic state and the viscous flow state.Glass transition is one of the main changes in polymer,glass transition temperature(Tg) polymers are one of important characteristics of the temperature.Therefore,accurate temperature measurement and heating up the study of linear polymer materials the glass transition is of great significance.In this paper,fuzzy control method is applied to temperature control system,temperature control system can overcome the serious lag in the situation,at the same time improve on the basis of the sampling frequency can be a large measure of control effectiveness and improve the control accuracy.Analysis and Comparison of the current commonly used in several of the advantages and disadvantages of the temperature control system,fuzzy control technology to draw more advantage of the conclusions,and build a technology based on fuzzy control algorithm for automatic adjustment of temperature.Design a single-chip computer to control,and with RS-232 bus interface of the low-cost,intelligent temperature control system and achieve the system's hardware and software detailed design;research and development of control systems compact structure,chips used in small, controlled high precision,at the keyboard,display circuit used on a serial manner,thereby reducing the use of single-chip mouth lines,reduces costs.This paper closely in light of the actual research conducted research into the subject,for automatic temperature control system development needs, proposed and designed a technique based on fuzzy control of temperature control systems,debugging and experimental results validate the feasibility of the system to meet the requirements of design errors,one of Temperature control accuracy±1℃.
