| Since the advent of mouse in IBM at 1968, mouse brings people a sense of the computer revolution.From the earliest pure mechanical mouse, optical-machine nouse been developed to the most widely used optical mouse, the mouse can be said to bring the convenience of our endless. Multimedia applications with the depth and development, the emergence of wireless mouse become a new trend, teaching, exhibitions, demonstrations, and even the office, home, etc., wireless mouse shadows everywhere.ZigBee is a new close-up, low-complexity, low-power, low data rate, low-cost wireless networking technology, it is a technology between Wireless markup technology and Bluetooth wireless technology, mainly for close-up wireless connection. It is based on 802.15.4 standards, in thousands of tiny sensors to achieve communication with the co-ordinator. These sensors require very little energy, a way to relay the data through radio waves from one sensor to another sensor, so the efficiency of their communication is very high.Described in this article, a wireless mouse is developed with ZigBee-based wireless transmission technology, using an ordinary PS/2 mouse and ZigBee wireless transceiver modules JN5121. The system of the mouse is composed of two parts ,transmitter and receiver.The mouse data kits are read in the I/O portof JN5121 developped board with interrupt way, and then sent to the receiving end through the ZigBee protocol.when data packets with PS/2 format received by receiver of the mouse ,it will be transferred to data with USB format. Through the USB communication interface, the mouse data packet is sent to the host.This article discusse in detail about the mouse hardware, software design,wireless transmission systems, the system test, the system software design processes and procedures.Test results show that the mouse in response to speed, positioning accuracy, sensitivity, etc. used to meet the basic requirements, the ZigBee technology discussed in the text has broad market prospects, through the study of ZigBee wireless mouse can be applied to other areas of the ZigBee. |
