The issue is the Chinese Academy of Sciences commissioned by the Northern industrial electrician according to the University of electron beam welding equipment High Pressure Process requirements.The design of a high-frequency high-voltage power-supply using switching power-supply technology is discussed in the paper. The power-supply is smaller bulk,lower high ripple coefficient of output voltage and highter stabilization and efficiency. With technology of Buck Conerter and H-bridge inverter used, IGBT is used as Buck Converter and IPM is used as H-bridge inverter to realize a small volume of the power source. MegaAVR, Complex Programmable Logic Devices and A/D technology is used as control system to complete auto-adjusting circuits, power-off protection and soft start of the power source. The experiments show this power source meets the requirements of welding technology. The entire power system to AVR MCU and CPLD to control the core, Tmega64 and MAXII chips used to focus on the realization of full-bridge inverter technology, power output overvoltage and overcurrent protection regulator function. Control algorithm through software programming makes upgrades easy and user-friendly according to their needs flexibility to choose different control function. Power of the performance indicators are designed to achieve the desired objectives, technical performance to meet the needs of Welding Technology. Drive circuit used for EXB841 Series IGBT driver for the BUCK converter switch driver, The use of auxiliary circuit power modules, a stable +3.3 V, with 5 V, 12 V with disabilities 15 V DC voltage control circuit for the driver and auxiliary power supply, through a series of anti-jamming measures to ensure the reliable operation of the power system. Finally, the scene by debugging output waveform, to achieve the desired results.
