Based On Semantic Web Service Description And Discovery

As the Internet technology develops fast, the web services has been the most reasonable method in solving the interoperability problem. The web service is changing the traditional application model. It has a big advantage on account of universal standard interface, perfect description of the web service and independency in the platform. But the web service disappoints us in searching the right services. The method based on the WSDL/UDDI architecture presents bad in precisions and recalls. A good solution to this problem is adding semantic web to web service.This paper is based on the apparatus system which is applied and extended by the Chinese Academy of Science, lucubrate the semantic web technology and the project requirement. In this paper, a model for the description and searching of the semantic web service is proposed. The model contains several modules such as the service's description, the requirement's pretreatment, the service's mapping with the UDDI, the service's matching box, etc. For this model, we provide the method for the description and searching of the web service and analyze this method.
