Dry Mortar Production Line Control System Development

As a high-tech "green" new building materials, dry mortar has been used in almost every aspect of the constraction and decoration. The application market of dry powder is very huge. And it is one of fifteen projects which has been the focus of development and encouraged by the National Ministry of Construction. At present, dry mortar production technology is not mature. Only the development of the production equipment in the national conditions can create conditions for the development of the dry mortar industry.In this paper, dry mortar automatic production line is the object of study, analyze the process and control requirements, established the Distributed Control System, in which the IPC, PLC, touch screen and the inverter are the main control equipments. Studied the ModBus communication protocol in Delta EH series PLC, achieved the system integration of various devices. Depended on the demand of the packaging control systems, completed the design and application of Fuzzy-PID composite controller, which is based on the completion of Delta ASDA-B Series servo control system.Used Delta WPLsoft programming software, MCGS configuration software and Visual Basic programming software as the software platform, this article completed dry mortar production line automation and the 1 # > 2 # PLC control procedures, as well as a touch screen shop class, top of the control procedures IPC. The realization of the entire dry mortar production line automation of the entire process of automation, real-time data acquisition and processing, production technology parameters, historical data query and fault self-diagnosis alarm. The integration of management and control in the dry mortar production automatic line has been completed.Debugging at the scene indicated that: The design of the dry mortar automatic production line control system achieved the expected functional requirements, has good reliability and availability to meet the requirements of production at the scene. This paper gives the enterprise some references to design and develop the workshop's intergration of control and management system.
