Computerized embroidery machine is one of the most advanced embroidery machine due to its use of electronic technology and integration technology of mechanics and electrics. It has much good work performance such as high intelligence, high efficiency, high precision and so on. The coordinate control of server motor and taboret motors is one of the most important technologies. The control of taboret system decides whether the performance is good or not. So the research of taboret system is considered as a difficult and important problem.The taboret system research is carried out from the aspects of overshoot, lost step and line breaking.The main research are listed as follows:(1) The Mathematical Model is given based on the basic working principle of the step motor. According to the nonlinear characteristic of taboret step-motor Mathematical Model, the fuzzy-pid control method is proposed in this paper. It makes a simulation research combined with the Mathematical Model and the fuzzy-pid control method in matlab. The simulation results show that the fuzzy-pid is better than pid. We have got the more appropriate membership functions of e,Δe,ΔK_p ,ΔK_i andΔK_d on the basis of simulation effect, which also provide a series of selection rules.(2) The torque-frequency characteristic of stepper motor is analyzed. The optimum start-up frequency, the optimum speed rise-down curved line and the optimum running frequency are emphatically studied. And then, the taboret motor speed control performance has been optimized in a great degree. In addition, the speed rise-down curved line discretization method is given finally.(3) The coordinated control principle of the Embroidery Machine is analyzed and pattern control transformation algorithm is also presented at last. The Computerized embroidery machine control has been implemented by the information transferred. Meanwhile, a new Taboret System control method is designed, which improves the Existing control method.
