Measuring the straightness of the Elevator Guide Rail is an important work during the manufacturer inspects and Evaluates the products quality characteristic, because it directly determines whether the elevator can be operated safetily, mfortablely, high-speedly or not.It is needed that the automatic check technology used to check the elevator guide rail with the rapid development of elevator guide rail industry and the level of the automatically produce.This thesis designs the automatic check system used to Measure the straightness of the Elevator Guide Rail,this system is designed according the contract signed with a company which produces the Elevator Guide Rail,it's character is long measurical distance, multifarious parameters ,great datas,realily-time high and field testing.this system is used to measure the straightness of the elevator guide rail producted by the company. This thesis provides a new and effective detection means for ensuring the elevator's quality, comfort and security.This thesis summarizes signification of automatical measure the straightness of the elevator guide rail straightness firstly, This thesis explores a number of measuring programs of the straightness and evaluating straightness windage method, determines the appropriate testing and evaluation method of error which will be used in this thesis. Constructed the platform of the automatical measure system with the CCD laser displacement sensor, PIO-821 data acquisition board, servo motor, stepper motor, Spray code machine, printers and industrial control computer, and designs the AC servomotor driving, the step-by-steps electrical machinery driving, interface circuit according the system running background.Through analyzing functional requirements, design the basic framework of the system software, develops real-time data acquisition and data processing systems based on Windows-based precision timing technology and multi-threading technology under the background of the Visual C++ 6.0, at the same time, develops the database queriing function, the user information manageing, parameter setting the paramtand and so on according with the actual production.Straightness of the top and sides of the elevator guide rails can be measured by using this system; it takes 1 minute to measure one rail on average. The distance curve of the workpiece can be displayed Real-time,the system can automatically shutdown, save measure datas and inquirie datas according with the requirement and prints measure reports. Practice shows that this system is successful and practical; the degree of automatical measure the elevator guide rail straightness is enhanced by using this system.
