Based Vehicle Management System Web-design And Realization

With the opening policy integrated into the logistics industry, the competition among logistics companies is getting more and more violent.How to stand at the leading position is the aim and challenge to every company.Currently,the application of computer hased management is rare in the industry of logistics.With the popularization of the computer and the rapid development of the internet techniques,however,it turns out as a "must" for those logistics companies to manage their business,including sales, production,etc.This thesis concerns about a research over the vehicle management software used by logistics enterprises,based on the specific aspects of the logistics management system in China,especially focus on the role that Web plays in the vehicle management.1.Logistics management information system,its main functions and its importance are discussed in the first part.Traditional C/S development and the modern B/S system are compared in this part as well.Thesis described LAMP structure and Zend framework of related technologies.2.In the thesis,functional need of the vehicle management is analyzed in details,followed by according solutions,analysis and the design of the entire structure,based on which,a systematic fundamental design is set up.3.Based on the above analysis,strategy for development and the draft of systematic design are set up.The use of vehicle management centre and according procedures are discussed in details in this part, including the connection of the standard XML techniques,entrance guard system and the automatic control of all the vehicles.Finally in the thesis,there is a conclusion about the web-based vehicle management system.If all relevant information about a vehicle is found in the system,it is not only easier for the company to manage their vehicles in a systematic,standardized and automatic way,but can help to control the whole company in a broader way,i.e. all parties of the company can share the database,co-operate with each other more tightly and hence maximize production and minimize cost.
