Online Reimbursement System Requirements Analysis And Design

By the rapid development of the information construction of the enterprise, enterprise information systems have been massively developed.They help the enterprise advance management and business,improve productivity and efficiency,and reduce production cost.However,although the information construction of the enterprise covers many fields,the depth in each field is quite different.The traditional manual procedure is still used in some business fields.The enterprise internally has set up a FMIS system,but it doesn't have the function of online reimbursement.The reimbursement still needs to be done by finance staff manually,which leads to low efficiency.And the Management Information Systems which have already been set up are short of relevant financial data when making assistant decisions.Firstly,the requirement for the online reimbursement and the status of IT enviroment of the enterprise is analyzed.And the workflow is also clarified. On these bases,a subsystem of FMIS,which provides financial data of reimbursement to FMIS,is set up.It also provies business travel and budget management functions.The online reimbursement system finalizes the procedure of reimbursement, strengthens the finance management,meets the requirements of internal control, and decreases the workload of finance staff.It provides a multifunctional, all-wave and modern funds management system,and creates a cooperative environment among employees,finance staff and management board.
