Course arrangement and management are in of fhe most important tasks and assure preonditions and bases of teaching order ordinary on going in colleges and universities educational admiistration.Nowaday,course arrangement process involves very abroad and fhere are many restricted conditions because of higher education recruit students scale is enlarging and teaching resources are severity lack and run a school forms are diversification,so ,by dint of computer software assistant course arrangement is a very popular means each dolleges amd universities because we cannot compete it by manual work.Row of class problem talks on secondary mathematics , is that a combination taking teaching programme and various peculiar request as constraint condition in time , teacher , student and classroom four-dimensional space, plans a problem , whose essence is to resolve the conflict between every factor.We have analysed the large amount of home and abroad research to row class problem according to teaching of tall duty universities and colleges system characteristic. We have adopted a separation of law and the greedy algorithm and other methods to reduce the course of the algorithm complexity of scheduling. Be an algorithm's turn to be able to gain comparatively satisfied row class result with quicker speed thereby by the fact that method such as dividing the equivalence kind , calculating preferential step has reduced the algorithm complexity that the course manages greatly.In this paper, Rational Unified Process (RUP) for software development approach to Unified Modeling Language (UML) for the Analysis and Design Description Language, Course Scheduling system for computer system design, specific analysis and design of the user management, automatic Timetable, course management , curriculum inquiry, curriculum module output functions.
