Gas detection has a wide application in the community. The existing gas detection is targeted for a single gas, cable transmission and LED display. Not only can not realize the gas remote monitoring when inconvenience caused by wires and cables, but also not be able to show the historical status or trends. This subject studies on wireless data transmission of multi-gas-sensor signal which can overcome such problems and improve the detection ability .The system adopts six sensors of O2, CH4, H2S, CO, temperature and humidity. After signal conditioning and A/D conversion, MCU accomplishes the data temporary storing, the verification codes calculating and communicating with the signal generating IC. Then the signal receiving IC transmits the received data to the upper computer under the control of MCU. After data verifying, digital filtering and temperature compensating, the upper computer completes the functions of auto-alarm, the measured value real-time display ,the historical status and trends showing by broken lines. This dissertation gives a solution to wireless data transmission of multi-gas -sensor signal, and completes the hardware and software design. The design of this subject will provide reference for other engineering in future.
