The integration of information technology in the military field has greatly influenced the military communications, so as to give birth to a new generation of combat mode——Information Warfare. It was known that grasping the information right means to master the commands of the war. While the data link technology with large capacity and anti-jamming performance is the guarantee of victory. Link-16 data link and its terminal communication equipment JTIDS has been widely concerned. However, the exploration of the data link in our country started late. So it is very important and meaningful to study the Link-16 data link and its digital communication system JTIDS.At first, this paper summarized the current situation and classifications of military data chains, and then selected the Link-16 data link and its terminal data communication system JTIDS to research. We analyzed the operating principle JTIDS system, including standardized message format, frequency-hopping technology, Cyclic Code Shift Keying soft spread spectrum technology, and RS channel error correction encoding technology key technologies. In the simulation of frequency-hopping synchronization system, we designed the synchronous head, selected the frequency-hopping graph, and putted forward the serial synchronous scanning method. Using Matlab software as platform, we simulated the performance of the synchronization method. Then chapter 4 introduced the soft spreading and dispreading of CCSK. Due to the poor performance of the system under the multipath, we proposed improved CCSK methods in two cases. When the channel gain h is known, the receiver convolutes CCSK based sequence and channel gain as a new based sequence so as to carry multipath information, then discussed the channel estimation error tolerance. When the channel gain h is unknown, we proposed CCSK scrambling method. In detail the sender scrambling sending signal with good PN sequence while the receiver descrambling received signal with same PN sequence. Through simulations we verified that the two methods can also improve the performance under Rician multipath channel. At last, random binary interference modulation and multi frequency point blocking jamming method was deeply analyzed on one hand, on the other hand, we analyzed anti-jamming index of the processing gain and interference tolerance of the frequency hopping system. Then simulated anti interference performances of traditional method and two improved methods under random binary interference modulation. It was found that the two improved methods were greater than traditional method, and the modified CCSK based sequence method was the best under the random binary interference modulation. The next step in this research is to improve the rate of information.
