The radio Broadcasting Network occupies a very important position in the Radio computer integrated information system. It can be said it is the basis of digital broadcasting station. Broadcasting station in the future will be in the face of multi-platforms just like Broadcast System,Editing system,Advertising resources system,Media Asset Management System,Web cast / VOD system and so on. Every platform will be achieved between the docking, integration and compatibility with each other. And most of the existing system did not consider of integration of all-round solution. The audio workstation's original programes recording,editing and technology framework will also need to change gradually with the changes of technological advancement and the demand of radio. Here must have a new generation system which adapts to audio file format conversion and automatically balance the volume.The dissertation use multi-mediatechnique, database technique, software engineering technique and software application system, integrate excellent Audition that is a sofrware to record and edit radio, we researched Program Recording and Editing subsystem of the radio Broadcasting Network. It provides usable programmes for other subsystems, realizes digitalization of broadcasting station's program making and high-speed storage, and is prepared to automatically broadcast very well at the same time. So, it is an important support of digital radio service platform.In this paper, around program recording and editing of the radio Broadcasting Network to meet the requirements for efficient,practical,stability and so on, we completed the flowing:First, described in detail the design of batch transcoding storage modules, which offer a highly efficient and quickest method to fill with the contents of new database;Second, detailed design of automatically balancing the volume modules, which achieved the counting and save the volume balance information in the storage process, to achieve a balanced function of the volume in broadcast;Third, through change the Audition to support the S48 and link the database, we complished perfectly integration between Audition and Programe Recording and Editing System, to provides a higher quality programmes for the broadcast;Moreover, all modules have been achieved functional verified.
