In data processing in order to better process and analyze the tested object, researchers focuse on data acquisition storage systems research of high-speed, high- precision and long storage length. Based on the development of the sampling rate of ADC and the emergence of high-performance FPGA, researchers can achieve high-precision and high-speed data processing. Then mass high-speed data storage has becomed the main problem to be solved.Along with the development of the sampling rate of ADC, the storage structure such as static RAM(SRAM) used in sampling system before has been unable to meet the requirements of high speed sampling. Quad data rate static RAM (QDRII SRAM) becomes the ideal device for building real-time high-speed mass storage system, because of its high speed,larger capacity and higher performance.This paper is based on the overall design of digital storage oscilloscopes. In the beginning, it analyzes the task demand of sampling & storage system, then presentes the storage module design and system applications. After that, it discusses in detail about the QDRII storage module design and its application in the DSO.1, The cores of QDRII storage modules are user interface module and physical interface module. User interface module achieves communication with the AD and DSP with the data and address transmission by using the FIFOs. Physical interface module is responsible for providing the right signals to QDRII SRAM, realizing communication between FPGA and QDRII SRAM.2, The application of QDRII storage module in the DSO: it analyzes the realization of the principle of long storage, and the design of each module. It mainly discusses about the trigger system design in long storage, and proposes solutions to the problem of low wave capture rate in long storage.3, This paper analyzes the signal integrity in high speed system. It proposes analysis focused on routing issues in high-speed memory design, and uses of DCI(Digitally Controlled Impedance) to make signal features integrate.
