The dyeing and finishing industry in china has been monitoring the concentration of dye component artificial manually,which is no guarantee of real-time and reliability.This issue successfully completed the online detection,control and monitoring of dye components based on the use of new technologies of electrical control.The article committed to improve the automation of dyeing and finishing industry in order to achieve high quality and efficiency.Fuzzy PID was chose in this business after the research of the monitoring theory and method of dye component at home and aboard.We designed all the component elements of the fuzzy PID controller which include the fuzzy algorithm process,fuzzy reasoning and anti-process in PLC.The fuzzy controller was used to choose the reasonable parameters of PID.According to the system characters and the following expandability,we chose S7-300 CPU314C-2DP as the control core.As the distributed I/O,ET200M handle the signals gathered from the sensors.We chose the frequency converter-MM420 as the driver. SIWAREX U as the weighting sensor and MP277 10" was selected as the monitoring equipment.SIMATIC configuration software-WINCC was selected to manage the process data.We also use Sm@rtAccess to build the server-client structure in order to get higher efficiency and reliability.The system networks were set up in the laboratory,Ethernet and PROFIBUS fieldbus were configurationed,communicate parameters between PLC and other equipments were set.Detail introduced how to debug converter online,read and write inverter parameters, calibrate the weighing sensor online.Configuration of the monitoring graphic was finished in both WINCC and touch panels.Completed the simulation of controller by using MATLAB,the results of the traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control were compared to prove that the fuzzy PID controller could got the better solution in the measurement and control of dye concentration than the traditional PID controller.We could also got the conclusion that automatic control are more better than manual control in the respects of precision and reliability through the compare of the data obtained from the two control methods.Overall speaking,the issue put the use of PLC technology,fieldbus,HMI equipments and configuration software into the printing and dyeing business.The research had great valuable in improving the degree of automation in printing and dyeing industry.
