In order to turn back the situation of the railway with insufficient transport capacity, to meet the needs of economic development,the railway department proposes the leap-type development strategy of railway construction.The goal of great-leap-forward railway development is to expand the transport capacity fast,to improve the technical equipment fast.During the whole Eleventh Five Years Plan' period,the capital railway construction investment will be up to 4 trillion RMB,which is more than 8 rimes,comparing with the total investment of the last five years.Under such environment, the EMU technology importing and made in local area arise.We cooperates positively with Japanese Kawasaki Industries,Canadian Bombardier,French Alstom,German Siemens,etc.,which have designed world-class 200 kilometres per hour EMU, high-power electricity and diesel locomotive technology,and introduces the advanced technology.While importing and transferring them,we are also improving our machinery, electric and computer field.This CRH-1(China Railway High-speed-1)EMU(Electric Multiple Units)design based on made in our country requirement.First,make a systemic reseach about system structure of the TCMS(Trainset Control and Management System)of the CRH-1 EMU,and definite some system interface of software and hardware.Second,developed a software to monitoring the status of trainset and fault dectecting by using Visual C++ and Assembler.Third,established a quick fault diagnose and analyse mothod to eazy use in the workshop,These should offer the chance for development of EMU in the future.
