J2ee-based Airline Reservation System Solutions

The technology of the J2EE-based transaction process, which is proposed and its simulation developed on a Window system. With an analysis on the current status and future trend of American Continental's airline E-commerece business, this thesis discusses a number of software development methodologies that prevail in the American Continental's airline business. Emphasis is given to the technology of the J2EE-based transaction process in the airline booking system applications. We propose that a new architecture for developing the E-commerce software platform for the airline booking system. This booking system is combined with the credit card system and the Mileage system to extend the business to satisfy the needs.To establish the internet booking system is essential part for the airline company, the main reason that we need to create this internet system is because more and more demands will be from the customer and it can extend the channel to gain more market since the internet is more and more popular to the customer and decrease the cost for the airline company.The paper is using the CCA airline system to transform the legacy system to the internet modern internet system with the the J2EE MVC (Model-View-Controller) technology. The model is along with the Filter, FrontControl, Facade and encapsulating to an common interface, the business logic is used by the EJB to implement, then use the DAO to access the database resource. This thesis gives a full review of the air ticking web, offers software design and implementation.
