The Application Of J2EE In E-government

Nowadays, computer, networking, communication technology developed very fast, the application field also developed as fast as the technical field, they expand to permeate toward each one of the social activities with its extensive influence and strong vitalities.Currently, the economical activities and information-based construction in governments and enterprises already very popular. Especially with the fast developing of internet technology, the networking, grid technology, e-government have already gradually transformed from single machine to networking communication. Information management has already broken time and spaces limited, realized people access from foreign land, in asynchronism, from different machines to share the information resources. As the varieties of working object and working environment, we must change our working method to accord with the developing of e-government. Building up information office system is propitious to the government to manage and make use of information resources. The usage of the system can increase the working quantity, efficiency and improve the ability of preventing the further risk.This article accord with the developing experience in e-government of developed countries and the the circumstance of our "three gold project", pointed out the necessity and the superiority of the adoption J2EE technique to develop our e-government system. Later on, the article introduced two kinds of most popular Web application: the technique of.NET of Microsoft and the technique of J2EE of SUN, and make a contrast to analyze the advantages of J2EE technique. Then we introduce the foundation concept of J2EE one by one, such as system architecture, programming model and application publishing. At the end of this article, writer according to the actual circumstance of work, and put forward a whole processing of developing "audit law search system" by using J2EE and the related technique according to mode of "JSP + Servlet + JavaBean".The system realized the information management of the laws information and publishing.The basic line of thinking is: to use the SQL Server2000 database to keep the resources, and the JSP technique realized manifestation function. Importantly, the JavaBean is the realization of inner part search, verification and management function. This project realized the compartmentation of data resources, customer manifestation and the management conceals. They composed of a separately, harmonized Web application system.This dissertation maybe useful to those people who working on J2EE.
