Today, consumer electronic products has been generally accepted and pursued by the community. With the application of a large number of integrated circuits and the increasingly competitive electronic products, better cost savings and cost-won profit become the focus of businesses. In this paper, research and development were carried out on manufacturing a unit chip structure, which is called integration injection logic (hereinafter referred to as IIL) using a special process. The work was focused on the functionalities of this special structure as well as the technology to achieve effective mass production of IIL.The integrated injection logic circuit is a high-density integrated bipolar logic circuit based on normal bipolar integrated circuit process. It is a single-input and multi-output inverter. Usually the basic unit of IIL is made up of a transverse PNP transistor and a reverse multi-collector NPN transistor. These two transistors have a pair of common electrodes, which are the collector of PNP transistor and the BASE of NPN transistor. So the PNP and the NPN is coupled with each other into a unified entity. Therefore, IIL can also be called merged transistor logic (MTL).From its inception, IIL circuit apply a unique blend of PNP-NPN devices structure, which has a lot of advantages, such as simple and compact structure, fewer components, no isolation needed,no use of resistance. Under the status of low-power, IIL has a relatively high speed and overcomes many difficulties, which bipolar circuit must face to in the large-scale integrated. IIL structure provides a new way for the chip design of bipolar integrated circuits. Because of such a circuit technology has very good compatibility with other bipolar integrated circuits and has no need to add any special process steps or processing layer, IIL can significantly reduce manufacturing costs. IIL structure gives designers the possibility to put the digital and analog circuits on the same chip, so that it can be used to make high-performance, low-cost digital/analog mixed LSI and VLSI circuits.This thesis will expatiate how to manufacture the normal IIL in the actual product in detail. It will explore and discuss many problems based on the actual manufacture and the result of the experiments. Improvement in the performance of the IIL structure has been made substantially to meet the customer's requirements. The thesis cites a true and reliable experimental data, with a very good draw on the value of technology process. Because it has a certain degree of difficulty in the IIL circuit process, not every Fab has ability to achieve it. The manufacturing process technology described in the thesis is advanced and innovative.It has a good histocompatibility technology and high practical value.
