This paper applys the software of Unigraphics NX3.0 to model the three-dimensional model of a rack tool and a rough, and directly generate the exact profile of involute gear by the method of processing simulation of the software of Unigraphics NX3.0, and directly generate the the transition curve of tooth root specially. According to the different arc of the top of tool, the involute gear 3D modelof the various tooth root of the transition can be processed by simulation. the parameters of the process can be achieved by the method of combination of the software NX3.0 and VC + +6.0 , the all parametric procedures have been pepared in the software of VC + +6.0, a friendly interface of users have been prepared in the software of UG. the parameters affected on the tooth root stress have been designed by orthogonalization, according tothe programme of orthogonalization , gears of accurate profile have been processed by simulation. According to load location, two different gear loading model have been established, and the calculated programme of two groups formed,the tooth root stress of two groups programme model have been analysised in the software of ANSYS ,then the greatest tooth root node stress ofthe programme of two groups have been compared in found results of calculation . The calculated results was used as a sample, the and the sample have been trained in the software of Matlab,and then the parameters of the other gear root stress have been predicted by the Use of the trained right and duty threshold,the results confirmed the error of forecast results and calculated results of ANSYS software is less than 5 percent,and it can meet the need of project.The method in text avoids that the curve tooth root of the transition solves the complex equationthe of,when the finite element analysis model of gear are modeled,and predicting root stress of gear have been achieved by the BP neural network ,as this making design and strength check of gear fast and convenient. The study for the gear root stress (or strain) of the accurate calculation provides a via ,and provides a reference for accurate calculation of gear strength and research .
