UWB(ultra wide band) signal possesses good characteristic in low probality of intercept and low probality of detection,it can fills primely the security request for modern communication system especially military communication,so it's development foreground is widest.It has allimportant practical meaning to spread research on transmition and detection of UWB signal.This research can not only impulse communication technology progresses in our army,but can provide necessary technology preparative.This paper analyses basically transmition characteristic and channel modeling of UWB signal,and researches electromagnetic compatibility issues of UWB system,especially suppresses jamming issues inside system and outside system.In order to fit the far telecomunication requests among airplanes and naval vessels and terrestrial chariots in UWB system,this paper researches and indicates the whole bag of tricks to augment communication distance of UWB signal.The hybrid modulation method which combines wave modulation and pulse amplitude modulaion is brought up based on orthogonal impulse wave modulation.This modulation mode can not only minish probability of impulses collision but also improve transmission efficiency,which is proved by analysis in theory and compute emulation.The detection techniques for non-cooperative UWB signal is a key to develop technique detection,this paper researches and attempts to put forward multiple detection methods of UWB signal,which mostly include hemiscotosis detection method for DS-PAM-UWB and TH-PPM-UWB signals on condition thar lacks certain transcendental information,and their validity has been proved by compute emulation. UWB signals are adopted by the military communication of high data rate,low probability of interception(LPI) data link between an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) and a ground station,and high resolution radar/location systems.Under the condition of non-cooperative reception,the research on detection technology of UWB signal has important military signification.
