The goal of the evaluation of the online services in the telecommunication industry, with the user experience as the center, is to evaluate the content and the quality of the services provided by the Internet service providers. The evaluation correctly reflects the quality of services in the telecommunication industry, by the result from the comprehensive survey carried on the online evaluation platform, i. e. quality of services and the user satisfaction percentage.Referring to the evaluation concept in the telecommunication industry, the paper surveys and analyzes the core performance and competitiveness of the telecommunication online services, based on the e-commerce evaluation system and platform. The paper also analyzes the evaluation indices and platforms for the websites of online services in the telecommunication industry, based on the current situation of the e-commerce evaluation home and abroad, as well as the user experience. The evaluation indices studied in this paper include all kinds of services in the telecommunication online services provided by the operators, also based on the user experience. This paper mainly evaluates the business and the performances, from objective and subjective aspects.The paper studies the need for the functions and the method for the evaluation analysis of the evaluation platform, on the basis of analyzing the evaluation indices. The evaluation platform designed in this paper includes five main functions, namely publishing questionnaires, managing appraisal, reporting and diagnosis of the rankings, and the searching of the telecommunication services. The platform supports experts and users to evaluate the services provided by the operators, and integrates the evaluation data by corresponding tools.The online service evaluation method and platform studied in this paper is the first attempt in the telecommunication industry. With the enhancement and improvement of the evaluation indices, the platform will be able to provide useful references for the quality of online services in the telecommunication industry.
