Nowadays,with the rapid development of electronic information platform,more and more enterprises attach great importance to the e-commerce sales channel,of which integrity and other theoretical researches become scholars' focus in addition to the hardware and network technology.Among the e-commerce models,the "B2C" model is widely used.In virtual network transaction environment exist a great many items which breed concerns in consumers and thus seriously hinder the development and progress of this platform.To break the current situation,some enterprises put in a tremendous amount of human and financial resources and discovered that the integrity of businessmen as the primary factor affected the successful transaction rate.Integrity serves as the prior premise of enterprises' existing in the market,as well as the must-have requirement to carry out business activities.After a clear picture of the influential factors has been drawn,how to evaluate the integrity of businessmen in e-commerce as the new problem and project,is proposed.Combining the theories with practice,this thesis elaborates the essence of e-commerce and integrity respectively.Considering the late start of e-commerce in China,the thesis focuses on abroad research state,and analyzes objectively the advantages and disadvantages in the research objects and methods and then,begins expounding the domestic research level.In order to make the research content more clear to readers,this thesis applies questionnaire and calculates and analyzes the original data making sure that the conclusion is more persuasive.Integrity gets evaluated in various perspectives,such as the characteristics of consumers and that of businessmen,and summarizes the psychological factors that may affect the credibility of consumers.Specifically,when analyzed from the viewpoint of enterprises,a list of comprehensive evaluation methods possessing application values can be used as an effective reference for the evaluation system design and each method including the calculation process and theoretical basis is explained in detail.In the final analysis of the results,which is stated through an example of some enterprise's actual situation and explained by the matrix,the calculation method of the integrity evaluation in B2 C mode is analyzed in detail.And we discuss the possible problems of businessmen in different integrity levels helping to avoid such problems in their practical operations.In the current B2 C e-commerce platform,integrityevaluation software has been produced,by which businessman can adjust its business model and carry out the evaluation.
