Ethernet has many advantages, such as high transmission rate, good reliability, easy maintain, remote transmission, mutual operation and so on.So the Ethernet technique has been widely supported, especially in the support of hardware and software. The remote monitoring and controlling system based on Ethernet is one of the development tendencies of industrial process control system. In this paper,a three-tank water system as control object, level control as target value,we designed a Ethernet-based remote monitoring and controlling system. This paper introduced the structure and working principle of three-tank water system, built mechanism model for three-tank water system, and verified the accuracy of the model through the identification of the unknown parameters.Used the ADAM-6000 series modules with Ethernet function,ADAM-6500 module as the main system controller, ADAM-6024 realize the input and output of the data, construct modular Ethernet control system;C8051F020 MCU as the core component,ZNE-100T as the Ethernet module, designed the Ethernet monitoring module.Designed the PC monitoring software used King View 6.5,and detailed descriptions of the functions of this software. For the features of single-tank water system,we designed HSIC control algorithm that water level can be controlled in less than 0.1cm,compared with conventional PID algorithm,HSIC algorithm is superior to conventional PID algorithm in the dynamic characteristics, such as the overshoot and regulation time and so on.In this paper,we designed HSIC coordinated control algorithm for the decoupled design of two-input two-output water system.Test the effect of decoupling through experiments.
