In recent years, facing the increasing competition at domestic and overseas markets, the enterprises have to own flexible and elastic business structures or business flow to adapt to the changing need of market. But it is difficult for information system existed with traditional design model to react the rapid changing of business flow, because it can't be reconstructed to new system rapidly. In this condition, SOA, Service-Oriented Architecture, attract much attention. It is marked as loose coupling, platform independence and business agility. The core concept of SOA can resolve most of problems that enterprises are facing. In this paper, we take X Steel Group Company as background and design its Logistical Information System according to the SOA idea. We elaborate the business flow of this company, build system general architecture, design service basing on the three kinds of methods proposed by IBM, implement service , package and publish service. At first, the paper describes current development situation of Logistical and SOA, clarify the mean of this research, and introduce the related principle and supporting technique. Then, we get the function model after the analysis of system use and user case. The paper gives advice to improve business flow basing on the analysis of current business flow and development strategy.Thirdly, according to the instruction of SOA, the paper design three-layer general framework: presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer, morder to separate the presentation, business logic and data controlling. At the last part, Basing on the methods of service identification proposed by IBM in SOMA, the paper list most of candidate service after business flow analysis, current assets analysis, business object analysis and non-function requirement analysis. In the end, the paper implement part of service with interface definition and WSDL description, assemble services in business flow layer, and publish the service with ESB.
