Based On Student Employability And Enterprise Of The Body Types Of Work Demand Information Retrieval System Design And Realization

With the rapid development of internet/intranet and wide-use of computer, we have entered in an internet information times. The transmission and share of the information will not be limited by time and space, the internet information resource in exploded mode provides with rich message, and makes people lost in the sea of information, hard to choose and manage. The author works in a technical school. Recently, as the expand of school scale, information is spread all around school, as a result of which, the information on students employment become more and more tich, which is a key factor to inhibit the development of school. The employment of the graduage has close relationship with the employer's job need. As various companies have different kinds of jobs with definite position, the need of whose is just the definite job in definite area. However, nowadays most of the retrieval system is operated by key words, even though employing advanced searching technology, users neither accurately express their own interents and needs for information in specific area nor get definite information in a comparatively short list. In most cases, nearly half of the information in the retrieval result is not useful for user. The traditional information retrieval system is hard to make sure the accuracy and corretness of message, which greatly stop the way of school's development. As a result, combinaton of general information retrieval need and specific area information process technology is a must.The author makes a research on the definition theory, principle and method of construction and description method of ontology by reading large amount of materials and make a comparative analysis on different methods, on the basis of which, according to the implementation method retrieval system based on ontology, the author also choose proper development method and tools for every procedure for the clear of system's implementation ideas. At last, this paper designs the system's structure and develops a small-size original system—employability of students and company job need system in sequence of ontology construction, ontology description, ontology storage and ability query with the purpose of applying the system implementation method to actual system development.In terms of the employability of students, as well as the implementation method and realization process of company job needs inquiry system based on ontology proposed in this thesis employing the auto-construction employability of students and job needs information ontology of company, this retrieval system is able to support capability inquiry based on semantic matching, the effects of which can guarantee the completeness rate, and to some extent, overcome the dismatching of job needs of employer and major choice, moreover, the employer can easily findappropriate graduate, which play substantive role in the development of school.
