So it is urgent to achieve these processes information.On the base of analyzing the existing problems in the research paper contribute system, introducing simply the current situation of research paper contribute system and the research status quo of workflow technology, and combining with the actual working condition in the research paper contribute, workflow management system software is used to design process for dynamic management, the system is designed and developed on the base of workflow modeling software and workflow engine. The main content of the paper is:Firstly, this paper elaborates on the workflow of some basic theoretical knowledge, in the understanding of basic knowledge on the basis of further on the function, architecture, reference model of workflow management system, and various parts of the interface function. After having grasped the structure of workflow management system, we analyze shark engine characteristics, architecture and functions of main interfaces, introduce simply JaWE modeling software.Secondly, this paper introduces the basic ideas of traditional access control, analyzes advantages and disadvantages. Bases on task-role-based access control model, an access control model of security workflow is advanced.
